TOO old for ballet(dancing)..no shoe size?
OK.please don't laugh at me i am already embarrassed enough !..ok so i am 18 years of age and i want to do ballet ..i am think i am too old for it ..i love the dancing the disciple . etc.
mt age is not the only problem i am 5'8 , i am tall so i have big feet..i have average body not too fat nor not too skinny just in between . so i am thinking do you think they make ballet dancing shoes for women in my size .i am size 12..sometimes 11 or 10 1/2..depends on the shoe.

ballet jumps and info? (please!!!)?
okay so i just started ballet dancing in janruary. like for the first time eva! ive become more flexiable and more graceful :) what are the names of some good jumps? I dont know any :( i really really need to become a great dancer by august because thats when school tryouts are for the dance team! my friend has only been dancing 6 months and she is amazing! she can do splits, split leaps, and everything! shes helping me with stuff :) i am currently in lessons and i stretch out everyday to become more flexiable. here are some questions im DESPERATE TO KNOW:
how do i improve my right heel stretch? (i can do my left leg but not my right)
what are some somewhat difficult jumps i could learn (just give me the names and ill look them up)
will i be a really good dancer by august? i take lessons every week and stretch/practice everyday and my friend helps me
o and when i get into the dance team at my school, i have to start at beginner because i missed the tryouts. you can get moved up if you are good. how do i prove that im good enough to get moved up?

Is this something to be seriously concerned about? Help?
Ok so I've recently had these crazy feelings. Sometimes my heart flutters. It feels as if I have butterflies in there. It goes away though and so I haven't been taking it too seriously. I feel like I'm going to throw up sometimes, but I never do. I've been getting head aches a lot lately. It has this bad throbbing feel to it. It gets so bad sometimes that I have to close the lights.
I'm 17. I have a lot of AP classes and ballet/dance practice which is like 2 or more hours a day. This adds on to the work load. So sometimes I don't get enough sleep: 4-6 hours a night usually. Could it be the stress from that that's causing all this? The symptoms increase when I don't get enough sleep.
Is this something to be seriously worried about? Will this eventually go away? Has anyone had any similiar experiences?
@Kat: haha no, it's not. I went through a break up a couple of months ago and I don't think I'm over it yet. But I think you helped me hit the nail on the head. I think I've been focusing a lot of this negative energy from after the break up on school and ballet... hmm... Thank you! Ahh! I thought I was the only one. My friends have sports and school too but I feel like the only one that's stressed! lol It's just so much when you have outside activities + school. & Yes, 5 AP's. Yikes! I know. lol
